CHARLOTTE — Ace No. 3 believes there’s a place for its better-burger concept in Uptown.
It will set down roots with an 1,780-square-foot restaurant at 101 S. Tryon St., Suite 120. That space was formerly occupied by Sukoshi.
The goal is for Ace No. 3 to open by June.
This marks the burger joint’s fourth location — and its first new restaurant since 2021.
“I just felt like it was time to build another one of these. The brand seems to be working well,” says Paul Manley, with High Tide Hospitality Group. He’s working on that concept with restaurateurs Andrew Chapman and Dennis Thompson, who founded Firebirds in 2000.
