CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This Spanish-inspired restaurant concept opens in SouthPark next week.
Bulla Gastrobar serves its first customers on Monday, starting at 11 a.m. That 6,000-square-foot restaurant is located in The Village at SouthPark.
The concept was inspired by tapas-style restaurants in Spain. Expect a menu that blends modern — yet authentic — dishes from chef partner Matthew Turney.
