CHARLOTTE — Resident Culture has put the finishing touches on its event space, called Gilded Cellar.

The brewery has transformed 6,800 square feet in the lower level of its South End facility. It is now available for bookings and is ideal for everything from weddings to social events, intimate concerts and speaker panels.

The event space builds on the taproom, specialty coffee shop with Mostra Coffee and restaurant El Toro Bruto, which opened at 332 W. Bland St. earlier this year.

The Gilded Cellar includes a 4,000-square-foot event room, private bar, restrooms, prep kitchen and private office. The event space can accommodate up to 275 people for a cocktail party or reception. Seated events are possible for up to 200 people.
