CHARLOTTE — A boy got stuck after he climbed into a claw machine at Carowinds, according to park officials.
Park officials said just before 2 p.m. Sunday, a 13-year-old boy climbed into a claw machine known as the Cosmic XL Bonus Game in an attempt to steal.
With help from the park’s medical response team, the boy was able to get out of the machine just before 2:15 p.m.

Park officials said he was given first aid and then released to his guardian.
“The safety and security of our guests and associates is Carowinds’ top priority,” park officials said in a statement to Channel 9.
