Chef Jim Noble is behind that brand, which is known for its signature fried chicken sandwich, called the “Beaut.” It is expected to open in mid-summer.
The nearly 2,300-square-foot restaurant will be at 314 N. White St. — formerly home to Coleman’s Garage. That location will seat about 130, with indoor and outdoor space, including a partially covered patio.
