FORT MILL, S.C. — Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack expects to wrap construction on its Fort Mill location this summer.
Chef Jim Noble is behind that brand, which is known for its signature fried chicken sandwich, called the “Beaut.” It is expected to open in mid-summer.
The nearly 2,300-square-foot restaurant will be at 314 N. White St. — formerly home to Coleman’s Garage. That location will seat about 130, with indoor and outdoor space, including a partially covered patio.
