CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bistro La Bon is adding a second location later this year — and more restaurants may be in its future.
The Plaza Midwood staple has snagged space in Cotswold Village. It is targeting a mid-November opening, says Miguel Cabeda, general manager.
That space was formerly occupied by Namastay Kitchen and Hangout.

Expect the same concept, but on a smaller scale than Plaza Midwood, Cabeda says. The new restaurant will have just 30 seats inside, down from about 100 at the original location. It also will have a 30-seat patio.
Construction is ongoing to create a cozy, French country — yet eclectic — atmosphere.
