CHARLOTTE — Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit in South End is the latest Charlotte-area restaurant to fall to COVID-19.
National Restaurant Properties has listed the lease and assets for that space at 327 Tremont Ave. for $175,000.
“Even though we have a great reputation, it was just one hit after another. We couldn’t recover,” says Carrie Morey, owner of the concept.
