The Huntersville shopping center has signed leases with retailers Apricot Lane, Girl Supply and Lovesac as well as restaurant Brown Bag Seafood.
Longtime restaurant eeZ Fusion & Sushi is preparing for an expansion and complete renovation as well.
It’s all part of North American Properties’ plans to curate a best-in-class retail experience, with a mix of experiential retail.
