CONCORD, N.C. — Jay M. Robinson High School wide receiver Brian Rowe is making big plays on the field while also mentoring his younger brother. The talented playmaker juggles a lot and is headed for South Carolina next year. For now, his focus is to take Robinson deep into the playoffs.
