BELMONT, N.C. — Channel 9 has learned Belmont's city manager is set to go to trial next month after he was charged with DUI.
Police charged Barry Webb April 12 and said he'd been intoxicated behind the wheel on Berryhill Road.
Channel 9 is trying to find out more information about the arrest and whether anyone else was involved.
