‘Armed and dangerous’ shooting suspect in custody in Chester County

GREAT FALLS, S.C. — Chester County and Great Falls investigators placed a 19-year-old shooting suspect safely into custody Friday morning.

Kenneth Craig was wanted in connection with a shooting on Canal Street in Great Falls from earlier in the morning. Great Falls Schools were placed on lockdown as a precaution.

Authorities said Craig was armed and dangerous.

The shooting victim is being treated at the hospital, police said, but no other details were released.
