ROCK HILL, S.C. — Only Channel 9 was there Thursday when Andrew Williams, 30, turned himself in to Rock Hill police to face new sex charges.

Williams was arrested last month and charged with having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old Northwestern High School student.

Police said that relationship was coerced, and based on fear.  Detectives said Williams threatened the teen that he would destroy her academically and also would keep her from seeing her family and siblings if she didn't give into his demands.

Williams was released after that arrest on a $110,000 bond.

Now, he's in jail again after a new accuser came forward and six more warrants were issued Thursday.

He's accused of using Snapchat to send naked pictures and videos of himself to a different 16--year-old Northwestern student.

He's also accused of asking the girl to send him nude pictures.

He was charged with five counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.

On Thursday, his accuser in the first case spoke out in court with Williams in the same room. She said she lives in fear all the time.

"I cry. I scream. I feel in danger all the time. I never feel safe," she said. "But I'm here so you can see I'm stronger than this. I won't let this man ruin my life."

In court, Rock Hill police have called Williams a pedophile and predator.

Detectives said in court that their investigation into Williams is still open and active.

Police urged Judge Ray Long to keep Williams locked up after the second arrest.

The judge agreed and set his bond at $1.2 million.

Rock Hill school officials won't comment on the case but said Williams is still on paid administrative leave during the investigation.
