HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Charlotte-based Peak Development is planning a project in Huntersville with hundreds of apartments and townhomes along with commercial space.
The developer is looking to rezone a 21.3-acre site at 17220 Old Statesville Road for the project, which is named Station South. A site plan available in town records shows it would include 348 residential units — a mix of apartments and townhomes — and 24,000 square feet of commercial space.
