CHARLOTTE — Five new retailers have signed on at Birkdale Village as that Huntersville shopping center continues to shake up its tenant list.
Anthropologie, Evereve, Lilly Pulitzer, Monkee’s and Southern Tide are set to open this year at Birkdale Village. That 250,000-square-foot mixed-use complex off Sam Furr Road near Interstate 77 is in the midst of a major makeover.
The five retailers are among 17 new tenants expected to open this year at Birkdale Village, which is also undergoing expansion and relocation projects as well as storefront remodels, owner North American Properties said in a press release.
