They said Boone had a Glock 45 handgun and tried to shoot and kill three people who were in a 2018 Infiniti Q50 and Chevy Express. That was when rounds pierced through the school bus windows.
He was arrested after a brief foot pursuit, CMPD said.
He was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, nine counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied moving vehicle, possession with the intent to manufacture and sell cocaine, two counts of carrying a concealed gun, and resisting, delaying, obstructing a public officer.
This is his ninth arrest since 2022 with plenty of felony charges.
Boone is currently in jail with no bond set.
Woods was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and two counts of felony conspiracy.

Anthony was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine carrying a concealed weapon.
Bynum has been charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill, and possession of a stolen vehicle. He is also in custody.
There were new charges filed against Bynum on Friday.
Hours before Monday’s shooting, he broke into a state Highway Patrol vehicle in Ballantyne and stole a rifle out of it.
Bynum now faces charges, including breaking and entering into a law enforcement vehicle and three other felonies. He remains in jail Friday.
