The mall and store have not responded to Channel 9′s requests for comments.
Earlier this week, mall officials said in business court filings it is at 85% occupancy, which includes temporary tenants.
The occupancy is up from February when it was at 74%.
Mall officials said it has completed its security upgrades including installing monitors, license plate readers, and security towers.
