Another NC chef to be a contestant on Food Network’s ‘Chopped’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Another North Carolina chef and restaurant operator has been selected to compete on a popular national cable TV show.

Sean Reaves, who owns ‘Cille and ‘Scoe in downtown Greensboro with wife Tara, will compete with four other chefs on a “Southern Cooks” edition of Food Network’s “Chopped.”

Reaves is the latest of several North Carolinians to compete on “Chopped.” Just this week, an episode aired featuring Charlotte chef and food-truck operator Anthony Denning, who ultimately took the top prize.
