CHARLOTTE — It’s become a familiar refrain for public-facing businesses operating in the age of COVID-19: News of an employee testing positive for the novel coronavirus prompts a temporary closure and a deep-cleaning process.
The latest local establishment to be hit with such an incident is the Tipsy Burro Saloon & Cantina, a Tex-Mex restaurant and bar in Charlotte’s Grier Heights neighborhood.
Tipsy Burro says it will remain closed while employees are tested and the restaurant is cleaned and sanitized.
