Camden has plans to develop a 390-unit project with about 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and about 10,000 square feet of amenity space, Smith said. Smith said the site is particularly appealing because of its access to the Lynx Blue Line via Jordan Place as well as retail on North Davidson Street. More than 1,000 apartments are underway or have recently delivered along North Davidson and Brevard, which parallels Davidson and fronts the Blue Line.
