CHARLOTTE, N.C. — American Airlines has added two nonstop routes at Charlotte Douglas International Airport that will begin service this summer.

American, the dominant carrier at CLT, will start flying to Columbus, Georgia, and El Paso, Texas, on Aug. 17, according to the airline. Service on both routes will be offered year round.
