CHARLOTTE — Amelie’s French Bakery & Café is on the move.
The longtime Charlotte favorite will relocate its flagship bakery to a new spot in NoDa on April 28.
Its flagship café at 2424 N. Davidson St. officially closes on April 22. It has been a fixture there since 2008.

“We are grateful to have this opportunity to turn a new page and give our regulars something new to look forward to,” says Frank Reed, Amélie’s CEO and co-founder.
The new 7,000-square-foot location is just 1.2 miles away at 136 E. 36th St.
