CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A registered sex offender was arrested after police said he was caught recording up a girl's skirt on his phone at SouthPark Mall.
Paul Schuler was arrested on Christmas Eve.
Officials said he pretended to tie his shoe and took an inappropriate video.
Schuler's criminal history includes stalking and taking indecent liberties with a child.
