Albemarle police search for man in shooting

ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Police are looking for a man they consider armed and dangerous.
 
Albemarle police said Tre Jaquan Peoples was involved in a shooting and attempted robbery this weekend.
 
Officials arrested Marcell Watkins and charged him with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
 
Police said Peoples and Watkins shot a man in the leg at a Waddell Drive home.
