Airport valet service under fire again after another employee arrested

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The valet service at Charlotte Douglas Airport is under fire again after another employee is facing charges.

Channel 9 has been covering Park Incorporated's string of problems for months.

Eyewitness News uncovered a report outlining the latest allegations against an airport valet employee, accused of stealing form a customer.

Also, customers have complained about employees searching their cars when using the service and a man said two guns were stolen from his car when he use the valet at the airport.

Now police said Marlon Miller stole a radar detector from a customer's glove box in September.

Police said he made money from the theft by selling it on Craigslist.

When the buyer called the detector's manufacturer inquiring about the product, that buyer realized the detector was stolen.

Police traced the sale back to Miller and arrested him Thursday.

Channel 9 is working to find out when the company found out about his arrest and if he is still employed.
