CHARLOTTE — If you are headed near the Mecklenburg Courthouse on Friday, you may see more police activity and blocked roads than usual.
The sheriff’s office is holding an active shooter training inside the courthouse. Deputies plan to start clearing people from the courthouse starting at 12 p.m.
The training will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be road closures near the courthouse due to the training.
