PINEVILLE, N.C. — A federal grand jury in Charlotte has indicted a man accused of robbing a Pineville bank disguised as Darth Vader.
Thomas Gilbert held a shotgun and stole thousands of dollars during the robbery in March, prosecutors said.

He is held in state custody on unrelated charges and is scheduled to be in court Monday.
