CHARLOTTE — For the first time, we’re hearing the 911 calls made after a bus full of students from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools were caught in the crossfire of a drug deal.

Police say the shooting happened along the 8820 block of East W.T. Harris Boulevard. Students from Albemarle Road Middle School were on their way home from school on Dec. 16 when the shooting started.
