An eight-year-old boy is home for the holidays after spending months in and out of Hemby Children’s Hospital fighting cancer.
Palmer is in remission after he was diagnosed a year ago.

“It can change so quick,” recalled Brittany Goforth, Palmer’s mother. “Everything’s fine on Saturday and then nothing is OK on Sunday.”
The Goforth family had no idea what was just around the corner.
