CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — A Cleveland County man has been arrested, accused of paying a teenager for sex.
Ronald Hamrick, 62, faces charges for child sex and soliciting prostitution from a minor, according to our partners at the Shelby Star.
Police said that in the last two months, Hamrick paid a 17-year-old girl $20 to have sex with him at his home.
Hamrick is in jail on a $150,000 bond.
