CHARLOTTE — Three people are in the hospital with serious injuries after a car fire on I-77, according to MEDIC.
Traffic cameras captured footage of a fire truck and several first responders crowding the shoulder near West Trade Street Monday morning.
MEDIC said the car crashed.
