CHARLOTTE — You can watch this fall’s Duke’s Mayo Classic right here on Channel 9.
The matchup between the University of North Carolina and the University of South Carolina football teams will air on Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The two teams will kick off the 2023 season in the Queen City at Bank of America Stadium.
The Tar Heels and Gamecocks last faced off in the 2021 Duke’s Mayo Bowl, which South Carolina won, 38-21. This year’s game is a recreation of the first-ever Duke’s Mayo Classic in 2015.
South Carolina has the most wins and appearances in the Duke’s Mayo Classic.
The presale for tickets to the September matchup begins at 10 a.m. on June 2. Tickets will sell to the general public on Jun 6 at 11 a.m.
