CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — There is an investigation underway in Chesterfield County after two men were found shot to death in the middle of a road, the sheriff’s office reported.

The bodies, which have not yet been identified, were on Lizzy Byrd Road in the Society Hill area.
One victim was between 30 and 35 years old, weighing between 150 and 170 pounds. Authorities said he was between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
The second victim was about the same age, weighing between 250 and 275 pounds. He was between 5 feet, 11 inches and 6 feet, 1inch tall.
