CHARLOTTE — Two people were hurt in a shooting in east Charlotte overnight Thursday.
MEDIC said it happened just before 1 a.m. on Cross Winds Road off Idlewild Road.
Our Channel 9 photographer was at the scene early Friday morning where emergency responders and officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department had blocked off the road.
We’re asking CMPD about the victims and what led up to the violence.
