FORT MILL, S.C. — York County deputies say two people have been arrested and charged after a toddler tested positive for meth.
Patrick Peterson snd Jenna Hartsell are charged with multiple counts of child neglect after police say their one-year-old tested positive for meth. Deputies say their home on Sheba Rd in Fort Mill was in deplorable conditions. Three children were removed from the home. pic.twitter.com/uFb0zp6lX7

Officials said Patrick Peterson and Jenna Hartsell have been charged with multiple counts of child neglect after their one-year-old tested positive for meth.
Deputies said their home on Sheba Road in Fort Mill was in "deplorable" conditions.
Three other children were also removed from the home.
No other information has been released.
