FORT MILL, S.C. — The Fort Mill Police Department said Friday an arrest has been made after a 16-year-old girl was shot Wednesday night outside an apartment complex.
Officers said they responded to Forest Ridge Drive just before 11 p.m.

They said several people were in front of an apartment when someone approached them, fired several shots and ran off.
Police said a 16-year-old girl from Rock Hill was shot and taken to a hospital by a bystander.
A 16-year-old boy, of Chester, was charged with attempted murder.
We don't know the 16-year-old victim's condition.
No other details were released.
