MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — A 16-year-old is accused of driving drunk, and causing the death of another teen.
Court records obtained by Channel 9 say Tristan Lehman was behind the wheel, driving recklessly and impaired on Shearer Road early Saturday morning.
They say that led to the death of 16-year-old Eamon Leary.
Lehman was booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail on Saturday.
He has since posted bail.
