MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Ten-month-old conjoined twins from Mooresville are recovering Wednesday after doctors successfully separated them.
Erin and Abby Delaney were joined at the top of their heads and born 10 weeks premature.
The surgery to separate them took 11 hours.
The procedure was extremely complex, which is why they had to travel to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
