CHARLOTTE — There are no charges in an early morning crash that sent 10 people to the hospital.
The three-car wreck happened around 4 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-77 at Westinghouse Boulevard, near I-485.
The crash shut down the southbound lanes for about two hours and drivers were forced to get by on the shoulder before troopers could open up the right lane.
