CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A person was seriously injured in a shooting Friday afternoon in west Charlotte, according to police.
Police said the victim was shot just before 3:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of Hiram Street.
Medical personnel said the person was found a block over on Caronia Street.
Police said there were vehicles at that south Charlotte location that were shot into.
No other information was provided.
