CHARLOTTE — A person has been seriously injured following a shooting in south Charlotte early Saturday morning, according to MEDIC.
The incident occurred just before 2:30 a.m. on Kenilworth Avenue near Pearl Park Way.
MEDIC said the victim was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear what led to this shooting.
