CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One person was found shot in south Charlotte, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.

CMPD responded to the area of Park and Cortland roads.
The shooting happened in the parking lot at Springsteed Realty and it was roped off with crime scene tape during the investigation.
The victim was shot in the abdomen and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Park Road was shut down during the investigation. Authorities said to find an alternate route.
The gunman got away, officials said.
No further information has been released.
