IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle fatal wreck Friday afternoon on Fox Bottom Road near Bowles Farm Road in Iredell County, officials said.
Luther Eugene Roy died after his car drove off the road, down an embankment and struck two trees, troopers said.
They believe Roy suffered from a medical condition, which led to the crash.
No further details have been released.
