CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One week ago, an armed man walked into a UNC Charlotte classroom, killed two students and injured four others.

The classroom was inside Kennedy Hall, the first building constructed on the campus.
The building is named after Woodford A. “Woody” Kennedy.
