CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A groundbreaking was held Wednesday for a new development in the NoDa neighborhood.
The development, called Yards at NoDa, will include almost 350 units, which will be a mix of mostly apartments and some rental townhomes. It will also have a pool, fitness center, clubhouse and dog park.
The Yards at NoDa will be along what will become the extension of the light rail line, on the west side of North Brevard Street, between the Matheson Avenue bridge and East 36th Street. It’s expected to open in the spring of 2014.
