CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One of the oldest children’s bookstores in Charlotte will be closing soon.
The owner of Black Forest Books & Toys said it's been hard to compete with online stores, like Amazon.
The store, located on 7th Street, is expected to shut down by Jan. 26.
It opened in 1978.
