CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Blumenthal Performing Arts has announced its 2019-20 PNC Broadway Lights season lineup. Eight new shows, including Disney's "Frozen" and the 2018 Tony award-winner for best revival of a musical "Once On This Island," are coming to Charlotte, along with the return of several blockbuster favorites.

New shows include "The Play That Goes Wrong," Roald Dahl’s "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," "Come From Away," "My Fair Lady"," Anastasia," and "Jesus Christ Superstar."
In addition, "Wicked," "Jersey Boys" and "Les Misérables" will return at part of the Broadway Extras series.
