The brewery’s biergarten has been transformed into a festive, open-air market featuring wood huts, Christmas lights, holiday music and more than 40 local vendors selling crafts and fresh-baked goods.
According to OMB founder John Marrino, Weihnachtsmarkt is a holiday tradition that takes place every December in towns throughout Germany, attracting people from around the world.
Marrino said, “If you’re not merry when you get to Weihnachtsmarkt, you will be when you leave.”
Weihnachtsmarkt will be open December 6-8; 13-15 and 20-22. Hours are from 4 to 9 p.m. on Fridays; 2 to 9 p.m. on Saturdays; and noon to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
The brewery is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
OMB’s winter seasonal brews -- Dunkel and Yule Bock -- will be available, along with its year-round beer menu. Pro tip: In past years, Yule Bock has run out before the end of Weihnachtsmarkt, so try it while you can.
In addition, Glühwein, a mulled red wine, will be available for purchase, as well as hot cocoa and local ciders, radlers and wines.
