During the trial, prosecution presented testimony from the store manager, the man who found the two victims after the shooting, and a woman who said Ramseur had stayed at her home.

The man who found the victims said he saw Ramseur drive away from the convenience store in a van.

The prosecution also showed surveillance video from cameras inside the store at the time of the incident. The woman whose home Ramseur had stayed in said it was him in the video and that he was wearing her hooded jacket.

The surveillance video showed the robbery and ensuing shootings.

David Wright, Vincek's fiancé, said the footage was difficult to watch.

"It's the first time I had seen it," Wright, who is now raising the couple's two daughters, 4-year-old Jazmyn and 2-year-old Samara, said. Vincek also has a third daughter, 10-year-old Aeryal, who lives in Ohio with her father.

Sentencing in the case will begin Tuesday.
