The Panthers’ Thomas Davis will try his hand at a different game Sunday: Celebrity Family Feud.
Family Feud’s host Steve Harvey will pit athletes from the National Football League Players Association against each other in a contest to name the most popular responses to survey questions.
Davis will compete with Vernon Davis of the San Francisco 49ers, Eddie Lacy of the Green Bay Packers, Calais Campbell of the Arizona Cardinals and Matt Forte of the Chicago Bears.
The opposing team consists of Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Nick Mangold of the New York Jets, Terrell Suggs of the Baltimore Ravens, Antonio Gates of the San Diego Chargers and DeMarcus Ware of the Denver Broncos.
The winning team will win up to $25,000 for a charity of their choice. If Davis’ team wins, the money will go to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
In another game on the episode, professional dancers from Dancing With the Stars will face off against contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
The show will air Sunday at 8 p.m. on Channel 9. The celebrity game show will run as a six-episode special series.
The original Family Feud airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. on Channel 9 and weeknights at 7 and 7:30 p.m. on TV64.
